For groups, a private transfer is often cheaper than the train – and much easier with a pile of ski bags. Here is how it works.
Which vehicles for which group
- Up to 3 people: sedan.
- Up to 7 people: premium van (Mercedes V-Class or similar).
- Up to 8 people: minibus with a large luggage space for ski bags.
- 9 people or more: several minibuses travel together, so the whole group arrives at the same time.

A minibus from Munich Airport to Mayrhofen costs €414 one way – about €52 per person for a group of 8, including ski bags.
A minibus from Munich Airport to Saalbach-Hinterglemm costs €485 one way – about €61 per person for a group of 8, including ski bags.
Tips for groups
- Tell us the number of ski and snowboard bags – we choose vehicles with enough space.
- Arriving on different flights? We can split the group into several pick-ups.
- Book early for Christmas, New Year and February – group vehicles are the first to be fully booked.
