Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Yes. After booking you instantly receive a confirmation email with your booking number. Our driver will contact you one day before your transfer.
How and when do I pay?
You pay the driver directly on the day of your transfer – on arrival or departure. There is no prepayment and there are no booking or reservation fees.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pick-up automatically. Waiting time due to delays is free of charge.
Where do we meet the driver?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or 2 at Munich Airport with a name sign and contacts you in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
Is there space for skis and snowboards?
Yes. Our minibuses have a large luggage area for ski and snowboard bags, boots and suitcases. Please enter the number of ski bags in the form.
Do you also drive to destinations not on the list?
Yes – choose “Own addresses” in the booking form, enter your pick-up and destination address and you get a fixed price with the route instantly. One click on “Book transfer” and your confirmation arrives by email.
